2. Who are MileStrong products designed for?
Our products are ideal for retail stores, shopping malls, exhibitions, corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, educational institutions, churches, event organizers, and commercial advertising applications.
3. Can I purchase directly from your website?
Yes. Selected products can be purchased directly through our Shopify store using secure online payment methods.
4. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship LED displays to customers worldwide directly from our manufacturing facility in China.
5. Where are your products manufactured?
All MileStrong products are designed, assembled, and quality-tested in our manufacturing facility in China before international shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
6. How long does order preparation take?
Most standard products are prepared and tested within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.
7. How long does ocean shipping take?
Free ocean shipping typically takes 30–40 days, depending on the destination country.
8. How long does express air shipping take?
Express air shipping usually takes 5–10 business days.
9. Is ocean shipping free?
Yes. Eligible products include free ocean shipping. Express air shipping is available for an additional shipping fee.
10. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your shipment has been dispatched.
11. Do you inspect products before shipping?
Absolutely. Every display is tested before shipment, and customers receive product photos, testing videos, and packing videos before dispatch.
12. Do you have a U.S. warehouse?
Our U.S. warehouse is currently under development. Once operational, selected products will be shipped locally within 5–8 business days.
Warranty & Support
13. What warranty does MileStrong provide?
Our 2 To 5-year Limited Warranty covers all eligible products. Different product warranty times may have some difference.
14. What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting LED modules, power supplies, receiving cards, cabinet structure, and other factory-installed components.
15. Do you provide technical support?
Yes. Our technical team provides remote installation guidance, troubleshooting, software configuration, and maintenance support.
16. What happens if a component fails?
We will provide replacement parts or modules whenever applicable, allowing repairs without returning the entire display.
17. Do you provide lifetime technical support?
Yes. Technical support remains available 27/7 even after the warranty period.
Installation
18. Are your displays easy to install?
Yes. Most products are designed for straightforward installation with detailed guidance from our technical team. ALL Products are packed in a flight case or wooden case, and you just need to take the products out; no need for complex setup. It's simple plug-and-play: connect to the software, and you can use them.
19. Do you provide installation manuals?
Yes. Digital installation manuals are available for all standard products.
20. Do you provide installation videos?
Yes. Installation videos are available for most product series.
21. Can I install the display myself?
Yes, you can. We have already installed the main part of the LED display for you. All products simple plug-and-play. And we have prepared a complete packing list so can help you install. For larger installations or customized projects, professional installation is recommended.

22. What is Pixel Pitch?
Pixel Pitch refers to the distance between two adjacent LED pixels. Smaller pixel pitches provide higher image resolution at closer viewing distances.
23. Which LED Display Pixel Pitch should I choose?
- P1.86: Indoor viewing at close distances means a premium Pixel pitch. If you're looking for more close-distance viewing, then P1.86 pixel pitch will be clearer because the unit resolution will be higher.
- P2.5: Indoor commercial applications, meaning standard pixel pitch. Depending on your budget or view request to, choose P1.86 or P2.5 pixel pitch; both can work for close distances.
- P3.9–7.8: Transparent LED display applications
24. What brightness do your indoor displays offer?
Indoor products typically provide brightness ranging from 600 to 1,000 nits, depending on the model.
25. What brightness do outdoor displays offer?
Outdoor displays typically offer 4,500–6,000+ nits for excellent visibility in sunlight.
26. What's the difference between indoor and outdoor LED displays?
Outdoor displays are weather-resistant, waterproof, brighter, and designed for direct sunlight, while indoor displays prioritize image quality and closer viewing distances.
27. What is GOB technology?
GOB (Glue on Board) technology adds a protective layer over LED modules, improving durability, moisture resistance, and impact protection.
28. Should I choose GOB?
GOB is recommended for high-traffic commercial environments where additional durability is required. If you use an LED display for close range and customers will touch the LED module, we suggest you choose GOB because GOB adds a protective layer over LED modules, improving durability, moisture resistance, and impact protection.
Under some conditions, like when you hang the LED display over the head, or customers can only view the LED display from 10ft beside, you won't need to choose GOB.
Controller & Software
29. Which control system do you use?
Most MileStrong displays support industry-leading control systems such as NovaStar and Huidu.
30. What content formats are supported?
Images, videos, PowerPoint presentations, websites, live video, HDMI input, and other multimedia formats.
31. Can I control the display remotely?
Yes. Many models support remote content management through network connections.
32. Is software included?
Yes. Required control software is provided with compatible products.
Power & Electrical
33. What input voltage do your displays support?
Most MileStrong products support AC110V–240V, 50/60Hz, making them compatible with electrical standards in North America, Europe, Asia, and many other regions.
34. Do I need a voltage converter?
No. Under normal conditions, no external voltage converter is required.
35. What power plug is included?
Power plugs may vary depending on the destination country. Appropriate options are provided whenever possible. Our LED display can direct plug and play, no need set up.

36. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major Credit Cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfer (T/T).
37. Is online payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Returns
38. Can I return my product?
Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the nature of commercial LED displays, returns require prior approval.
39. What if my product is damaged during shipping?
Please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. We will work with you to provide an appropriate solution.
