Shipping Policy

At MileStrong, we are committed to delivering professional LED display solutions safely, efficiently, and transparently. Every order is carefully inspected, tested, and packaged before shipment to ensure it arrives exactly as expected.

1. Order Processing

All products are currently shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China.

• Order Preparation: 2–7 business days after payment confirmation.
• Every display is fully tested before shipment.
• We recommend placing your order at least 30 days in advance if your project has a scheduled installation or event.

For customized products or large-volume orders, production time may vary. Our sales team will confirm the estimated lead time before your order is processed.

2. Shipping Methods

We currently offer two international shipping options:

Free Ocean Shipping (Recommended)

• Transit Time: Approximately 30–40 days.
• Shipping Cost: Free on eligible orders.
• Best for planned commercial projects with flexible delivery schedules.

Express Air Shipping

• Transit Time: Approximately 5–10 business days.
• Shipping Cost: Additional shipping charges apply and will be quoted separately before shipment.
• Recommended for urgent projects or time-sensitive installations.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, destination, weather conditions, or local carrier operations.

3. Supported Shipping Countries

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

• North America: United States, Canada
• Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Denmark
• Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
• East & Southeast Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia
• Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Israel
• South America: Chile, Uruguay, Argentina
• Africa: South Africa, Mauritius

4. Warehouse Fulfillment

We are currently preparing our U.S. warehouse, which will significantly improve delivery times for our North American customers.

Once operational, selected products will be shipped directly from the United States with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days.

Orders shipped to other countries will continue to be fulfilled from our manufacturing facility in China to ensure consistent product availability worldwide.

6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped from local warehouses, no customs duties or taxes will apply, as delivery is domestic.

For orders shipped from our China headquarters, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

Most deliveries proceed smoothly, but if customs clearance is required, we’re happy to assist with documentation or communication with carriers when possible.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for packages returned due to customs refusal or unpaid charges.

If you encounter any issues with customs clearance, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to support you.

7. Quality Inspection Before Shipment

Every MileStrong LED display goes through a comprehensive quality inspection before leaving our factory.

Before your order is shipped, we will provide:

• Product testing videos.
• Packing videos or pictures.
• Photos of the completed products.
• Photos of the packaged shipment.

This allows you to verify that the products, accessories, and packaging match your order before they leave our warehouse, giving you complete confidence in what you will receive.

8. Packaging

All products are professionally packed using export-grade protective packaging to minimize the risk of damage during international transportation.

For larger commercial displays, wooden crates or reinforced flight cases may be used when appropriate. Economy export packaging(wooden case pricing) available for bulk orders.

9. Additional Notes

We do not support online checkout for countries not listed above. Please get in touch with us for manual orders.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order from unsupported countries.
