For destinations with exceptionally high freight costs, remote-area charges, or special customs requirements, we will contact you before shipment if an additional charge is required. No additional shipping charge will be applied without prior communication and approval.
1. WHERE YOUR ORDER SHIPS FROM
All MileStrong products are currently shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China.
We are a factory-direct LED display supplier, allowing us to manage product preparation, quality inspection, packaging, and international shipping from one location.
Our standard delivery process:
Order → Factory Testing → Professional Packing → Ocean Freight → Customs Clearance → Door Delivery
We coordinate the shipping process so you do not need to arrange international freight yourself for standard eligible destinations.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Standard Products
Orders are normally prepared within:
2–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Before your order leaves our factory, every LED display goes through:

For selected orders, we may also provide:

Our sales team will confirm the estimated production and shipping schedule before processing the order.
Project Planning
For exhibitions, events, retail installations, or other scheduled projects, we recommend ordering at least 30 days in advance whenever possible.

4. OCEAN FREIGHT — STANDARD DELIVERY

Ocean freight is our standard and recommended shipping method for most commercial LED display orders.
It is particularly suitable for:
- Retail projects
- Exhibitions
- Trade shows
- Commercial installations
- Events
- Large LED displays
- Customers planning ahead
Shipping Cost
For eligible destinations, standard ocean shipping is included in the product price.
You do not need to purchase a separate shipping service at checkout.
5. EXPRESS / AIR SHIPPING

Estimated delivery: approximately 5–15 business days
Express or air shipping is available for customers who need faster delivery.
Because air freight costs vary significantly depending on:
- Destination
- Product size
- Product weight
- Number of units
- Delivery requirements
Express shipping may require an additional shipping quotation if we didnt list the express price on the product page.
If you select or request express delivery, our team will confirm the applicable shipping cost before shipment.
Important
The standard product price is based primarily on our standard ocean delivery solution.
If you need faster express delivery, please contact us before ordering or select the available express option at checkout where provided.
6. SHIPPING BY DESTINATION

For standard eligible addresses in the United States and Canada:
Standard Ocean Delivery
30–40 days
Door-to-door delivery is included in the displayed product price.
For standard eligible destinations, you do not need to pay a separate shipping fee after checkout.
Express Delivery
Approximately 5–15 business days
Available for customers who require faster delivery. Additional charges may apply depending on the destination and product.
🇬🇧 Europe & Other International Destinations
MileStrong ships internationally from China.
For standard eligible destinations, we aim to provide an all-in door-to-door delivery price whenever possible.
Shipping costs are influenced by:

7. DDP & IMPORT DUTIES
Hassle-Free Door-to-Door Delivery
MileStrong aims to provide a DDP-style door-to-door delivery experience for eligible international destinations.
What is DDP?
DDP = Delivered Duty Paid
Under a DDP arrangement, the seller generally takes responsibility for import duties, taxes, and customs-related costs required to deliver the goods to the agreed destination. Shopify also describes DDP as the model where the seller assumes responsibility for applicable import costs, helping customers avoid additional charges at delivery.
For eligible MileStrong orders, our product pricing is designed to cover the standard costs required to deliver your order to your door.
In most standard cases:

✓ No complicated customs process for the customer
✓ No unexpected customs payment at delivery
✓ MileStrong coordinates the international shipping process
8. EXCEPTIONAL DESTINATIONS & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
International shipping costs and import requirements can vary by destination.
In rare cases, an order may involve exceptional costs such as:
- Unusually high freight costs
- Remote-area delivery charges
- Special customs procedures
- Exceptional government charges
- Special import requirements
- Unusual local delivery requirements
What happens if this applies to your order?
We will:

We will never add shipping charges without prior communication and approval.

11. US WAREHOUSE
MileStrong is preparing a US warehouse to improve delivery speed for selected products.
Once operational, selected products may be shipped locally from the United States.
Estimated US warehouse delivery:
Approximately 5–8 business days
Availability will depend on product, inventory, and destination.
Products that are not stocked in the US will continue to ship directly from our China manufacturing facility.
12. PACKAGING & PROTECTION
Every MileStrong LED display is professionally prepared for international transportation.
Depending on the product, packaging may include:
- Reinforced export cartons
- Protective foam
- Wooden cases
- Heavy-duty flight cases
- Custom protective packaging
For large commercial LED displays and foldable LED poster displays, a flight case or reinforced export packaging may be used depending on the product configuration.
Our goal is to protect the display throughout the international transportation process.
13. QUALITY INSPECTION BEFORE SHIPPING
Every MileStrong LED display is inspected and tested before leaving our factory.
Our pre-shipment process may include:

14. DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time begins after the order has been prepared and released for shipment.

16. DELIVERY & RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Please take photos or videos and contact MileStrong immediately.
For any transportation-related damage, please provide:

17. FAILED OR REFUSED DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive the shipment.
Additional costs may occur if a shipment is returned or redelivered due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect contact information
- Customer refusal of delivery
- Failure to receive the shipment
- Customer-requested delivery changes
- Unpaid charges that were specifically approved by the customer
If a delivery issue occurs, please contact MileStrong immediately so we can work with the carrier to find the best solution.
18. SHIPPING FOR COMMERCIAL PROJECTS
For exhibitions, retail installations, events, hotels, museums, conferences, and other commercial projects, we recommend planning your delivery schedule.
Recommended timeline:
Order → Preparation → Testing → Packing → Ocean Freight → Customs → Final Delivery
Because ocean freight typically requires 30–40 days, we recommend placing orders at least 30 days before the required delivery date, and preferably earlier for important events or installations.
For time-sensitive projects, please contact us before ordering so our team can recommend the most appropriate shipping method.
